Workshop on Nonlinear Differential Equations, Dynamical Systems and Applications
Department of Mathematics
University of Kansas
Welcome
The workshop aims at advances in research of nonlinear behaviors of differential equations, such as the dynamics and stability of nonlinear waves, as well as modeling of and applications to real life problems. The workshop will bring together specialist working in various aspects of PDEs, dynamical systems and their applications, explore the connections between these fields in more depth, and stimulate interactions among researchers in these areas.
The conference will provide lodging for as many participants as possible. In accordance with NSF guidelines, funds will be prioritized to support participants who have no other federal support and participants who are students, post-doctoral scholars, or members of groups that are under-represented in the mathematical sciences.
Sponsored by the National Science Foundation and the Department of Mathematics at the University of Kansas.
