Jonathan Bush Receives Class of 1913 Award
Jonathan Bush was surprised in his Math 766 class by Tamara Durham, Vice Provost for Student Affairs, to present the Class of 1913 Award. Established by the Class of 1913 the award is given annually to a graduating senior man and a graduating senior woman who by his or her evidenced intelligence, devotion to studies, and personal character gives promise of usefulness to society.
Jonathan is a senior in physics and astronomy and mathematics, and has been working on a research project with the support of the National Science Foundation under the direction of Professors Tyrone Duncan and Bozenna Pasik-Duncan. He will graduate with mathematics department honors.
